The Journey In Graphics

My name is Adejumola Akinade Odunayo, and I am a passionate graphic designer and computer literate. The story of my career is one of passion, determination, and a deep appreciation for creativity. Growing up, I always found art fascinating, and the evolution of technology only fueled my interest. The introduction of computer and mobile applications that enable designers to bring their ideas to life inspired me to dive into the world of graphic design.
My academic journey began at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, in Enugu State, where I pursued a degree in Political Science Education. However, my love for design persisted. Despite the academic demands of my degree, I remained committed to learning the craft of graphic design.
Before completing secondary school, I had dreams of becoming a lawyer. However, God had different plans for me, and I embraced the path He set for me. In 2013, shortly after completing my secondary education, I began my career by learning computer fundamentals and exploring the intricacies of graphic design. CorelDRAW became my entry point into this dynamic field. My early days were filled with practice and the desire to create designs that stood out and resonated with people.
The Birth of D’CIRCLE
D’CIRCLE Graphic Design originated from one of my designs that resonated deeply with me. The name “D’CIRCLE” reflects the essence of my brand: a holistic approach to graphic design that touches on all aspects of creativity and communication. My aim is to produce designs that people can relate to and connect with on a personal level.
The circular concept of my brand represents inclusivity, continuity, and the ability to adapt to various styles and requirements. Whether it’s creating logos, branding materials, digital content, or print designs, D’CIRCLE is committed to delivering work that exceeds expectations. It is more than just a name; it is a philosophy that inspires every project I undertake.
My Motivation
My journey would not have been possible without the grace of God and the unwavering support of my father. My gratitude goes to God Almighty, who has guided me every step of the way, and to my dad, who has been a pillar of strength and encouragement. Their support has been instrumental in my growth and success in this career path.
